I'd be more than happy to make you that special bear!

You can choose the materials, size, weight* and colour of your bear or you can give me a general brief and I will discuss with you beforehand your options and produce a bear with your ideas in mind, however, I must ask from then on that you allow me to use my own creative abilities to create the bear.
You will then be granted first refusal in purchasing the completed bear at the agreed final cost.

I must stress that I will make the bear to your brief and chosen materials if you wish
to choose those, however your bear will be One-Of-A-Kind and will not be exactly like any original bear ( if there is one ) that you may be basing your idea on.
It wouldn’t be ethical to a collector or artist for a bear they own or have created as a unique piece for it to be copied exactly.
A similar bear can be commissioned and he/she will have their own unique character.  No two hand-made bears are ever completely identical so I make no promises on the bears exact look although I will follow your idea as closely as possible.
If you like the bears I have already created then I see no reason for you to feel disappointment with my unique creation for you.

• TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once we have agreed in writing on the materials, size, weight* colour and final cost of your bear including the postage costs, I will begin work on your special bear. which will usually take up to 4 weeks to complete,

I can send you pictures via email throughout the creative process to check that we are continually on track for a happy union.  If however you are not entirely satisfied with your new bear once completed, the purchase / sale can be canceled.

It is of paramount importance to me to build a reputation of trust and complete customer satisfaction with regular communication throughout your bears creation.

Upon completion, if you are happy with my unique creation for you then the full balance will be due by one of the options below.

• LAYAWAY OPTION

You can choose to pay in up to 3 equal monthly instalments.
As soon as the full balance has cleared I will pack your bear well, ensuring full protection against any possible damage and present him / her with directions to their new home.

• PAYMENT OPTIONS

I accept payment by:

• PERSONAL CHEQUE
• POSTAL ORDER
• BANKERS DRAFT
• CASH ON COLLECTION IN PERSON
• PAYPAL (please check beforehand)

*weight of bear refers to the feel of weight in a bear and not an actual weight.
